Agreement

By using WeSaveOS ("the Platform"), operated by International Clearinghouse, Inc. ("ICH", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use WeSaveOS. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Your Account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must provide accurate information during registration
  • One person per account — sharing accounts is not permitted
  • You may create multiple business pages under a single account

Content & Listings

You retain ownership of all content you create on the Platform (books, courses, workbooks, posts, media). By publishing content, you grant WeSaveOS a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the Platform.

You agree not to publish content that:

  • Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
  • Contains harmful, abusive, or illegal material
  • Misrepresents your identity or qualifications
  • Contains malware or malicious code

Revenue Distribution (RDE)

WeSaveOS uses the Revenue Distribution Engine (RDE) to distribute earnings from sales. The standard split is: 90% to the educator/creator and 10% distributed across the referral network (which includes a 2% buyer cashback off the top). Specific splits are documented in the RDE dashboard. Optional add-on subscriptions (such as expanded CADY for Education access) are billed separately and are never deducted from the creator's 90% share.

Payouts are subject to a 72-hour clearing period. Refunds, chargebacks, or disputes during this period may affect your payout.

Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe. By using payment features, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service. WeSaveOS does not store full credit card numbers.

CADY AI Assistant

CADY provides personalized assistance using AI. CADY's responses are for informational purposes and should not be considered financial, legal, or medical advice. Always consult qualified professionals for important decisions.

Prohibited Activities

  • Attempting to access other users' accounts or data
  • Reverse engineering or scraping the Platform
  • Using the Platform for fraudulent transactions
  • Circumventing security measures or access controls
  • Automated access without prior written consent

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Security & Privacy settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

WeSaveOS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ICH shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.
