Our Commitment

International Clearinghouse, Inc. ("ICH", "we", "us") operates WeSaveOS and CADY. Your privacy is not a feature we toggle — it is foundational to how we build. We never sell your data. We never show ads. We never store what we don't need.

NEXUS — You Own Your Data

Every WeSaveOS account is protected by NEXUS, our decentralized identity protocol. NEXUS ensures that you control what every partner, service, and even WeSave itself can see. Even WeSave must request access through NEXUS like any third party. This protection applies to all accounts — free included.

What We Collect

  • Account information: email, display name, timezone
  • Financial data: only what you explicitly connect (bank accounts via Plaid, payment methods via Stripe)
  • Conversation history: messages with CADY, used to personalize your experience
  • Usage data: page views, feature usage — anonymized and aggregated
  • Content you create: listings, posts, courses, uploaded files

What We Never Do

  • Sell, rent, or trade your personal information
  • Show advertisements or use your data for ad targeting
  • Share your financial data with third parties without explicit consent
  • Store banking credentials — Plaid handles this securely
  • Train AI models on your private conversations without consent

CADY & AI

CADY (Cognitive Adaptive Digital You) is your personal AI assistant. CADY remembers things you tell her to improve your experience. You can ask CADY to forget anything at any time. CADY's memory is isolated per user — no cross-user data access is possible.

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure, encrypted infrastructure. Financial tokens (Plaid, Stripe) are stored server-side only and never exposed to client applications. All API communications use TLS encryption.

Your Rights

  • Access: request a copy of all data we hold about you
  • Correction: update or correct your personal information
  • Deletion: request deletion of your account and all associated data
  • Portability: export your data in a standard format
  • Objection: opt out of any non-essential data processing
